Service providers
Resend provides email delivery for the request form, and Vercel hosts this website. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the site and deliver your request.
Payments
SecondStart does not collect or store payment card details. Payments are handled directly through PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Square, according to each provider's own privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep request and ticket information only as long as reasonably necessary to communicate about and support the service, typically for up to two years after the request is completed, unless a longer period is required for business or legal records.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or other tracking tools.
